It's possible to share log entries in RAYVN to inform those that need information regarding your situation.
You can do so directly from the log feed.
To do so, select the log feed you want to share, and click the three dots on the right side of the log entry:
Then, select "Share".
You'll now see a preview of how the log entry will look when you send it to your chosen recipients.
At the top of the preview, you'll see a section where you can select the recipients you want to share the log entry with.
In this list you get a complete overview of different places and persons you can share the log entry to.
You can either share a log entry to a group of people by selecting a specific room, another of your active logs, one of your stakeholders, teams, or an entire contact list. You can also select to send the log entry to individuals by selecting users, responders, contacts or paricipants from the log you are currently operating in.
It's possible to select multiple categories at once, so you don't need to share the log entry individually to different recipients.
Select the recipients you want to share the log entry with, and click "Share".
Note that if you select a recipient which may be outside of your organization, RAYVN will remind you to confirm that you are sure you want to send this information to the recpient.
When you've shared the log entry, the log entry will inform you of who you've shared the log entry with.
If you chose to share the log entry with a stakeholder, a room or a different log, the original log entry will be marked with tags that says where you shared the log entry.
If you select to share the log entry with personnel (users, responders, contacts, contact lists, teams), a new log entry will be created saying that you shared the log entry as a message to the selected personnel.
